8.       Proof of the relationship between father and son (daughter)

9.       The child's photos in daily life from birth to present

10.   Written agreement that guarantee to adopt the child to up to 18 years old and certificate of adoption of the child

1)         Canceled support checks

2)         Postal order receipt

3)         Bank Remittance/Statement

11.   Proof of name change (including the child and the child's US citizen parents)

1)         Proof of adoption

2)         Judgment by court

12.   Official written proof from relevant government or international organization

13.   Affidavit from the third party to prove the relationship between child and US parent
