3.   Photocopies of the first page, address page and last page of your current Passport.

4.   A receipt showing that you have enrolled in the SEVIS program and paid the fee.

5.   An acceptance letter from your school offering you admission.

6.   Resume/CV

7.   Evidence that the applicant will not resort to employment in order to finance his or her education in the U.S. or cover other living expenses, for example,

1)   Personal funds of the applicant;

a.       Evidence of bank deposits;

b.       (Can readily be converted into cash) securities, real or personal property;

2)   Evidence of financial aid given or disbursed by the applicant's home government, for example, formal notification of the payment of expenses by the government

3)    Evidence of parents' financial aid and their income;

a.       Salary

b.       Income tax return

c.       A statement from his or her employer

d.       Relatives or friends in the United States will assure the applicant's support, working certificate

e.       Affidavit of support (Form I-134)

4)    The school's financial aid resources, such as fellowships, scholarships, or assistantships.

5)    Financial aid from family business

8.     Evidence of the acquiring ability and educational background

1)   Diploma
