DOS Visa Bulletin for
December 2011. Section C addresses advance notification of diversity (DV)
immigrant category rank cut-offs which will apply in January 2012. Good news for
Indian and Chinese EB-2 professionals. However, it is a disappointing news for
Indian EB-3 people.
